We are seeking proactive, dynamic, communicative professionals who enjoy teamwork to become part of our **\#SiDiers** team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the entire software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, verification, and maintenance. * Write software source code following established processes, aiming to fix defects, implement modules, or deliver complete software solutions. * Investigate technical solutions through documentation research, prototype development, and technical discussions to validate, guide software projects, or resolve defects. * Analyze requirements through discussions with clients. * Produce documents detailing product scope. * Analyze software defects (or bugs) reported by internal (quality assurance) or external (customer) testing teams by characterizing the issue, analyzing logs and available source code, identifying root causes, and applying patches or corrections where applicable. * Implement change requests from external and internal customers by analyzing change descriptions, assessing technical feasibility, reviewing source code, and evaluating availability of related features—minimizing and balancing change impact and risk of introducing new defects. * Integrate and validate software change requests from external and internal customers using source code control tools and unit testing to verify the software package prior to official release. * Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment applying agile development methodologies and best practices related to software architecture and coding. * Share knowledge with the team using available communication tools to foster technical growth across the team. * Generate ideas, propose new projects, and submit patent applications related to SiDi’s areas of expertise, supporting the company’s mission to achieve and maintain technological leadership. * Review and provide technical guidance to SiDi’s software development partners to enhance collaboration and improve solution quality. * Conduct technical investigations to assess the feasibility of developing innovative features. * Identify technical risks, resource needs, and training requirements through project analysis to remove development bottlenecks.
