Job Summary: Operate production equipment according to instructions and programming, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality electronic components. Key Highlights: 1. Operating equipment and digital/analogue microscope 2. Performing autonomous maintenance and providing support for machine setup 3. Focus on workplace organization and adherence to procedures Operate production equipment, executing tasks in accordance with work instructions and pre-established scheduling. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate equipment within the processes for which the candidate is qualified/assigned; * Operate digital and analogue microscopes; * Perform and/or support setup changes on machines corresponding to their area; * Handle calipers when applicable; * Perform autonomous maintenance when applicable; * Strictly meet deadlines and agreed-upon commitments; * Maintain workplace organization by applying the 5S methodology; * Comply with quality management system procedures; * Comply with operational procedures (PR, WI, WK, etc.); * Enter records into the MES system; * Support the introduction of new products into production; * Contribute to the creation of operational documentation; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Technical education in progress (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields) is desirable. * Knowledge of Basic Operational Training; Basic Computer Skills; 5S Methodology; SMD Component Reading; Electronic Soldering; Basic Metrology; Basic Mathematics. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * First shift: Monday to Friday, from 06:50 to 16:38, with a 1-hour break each day. * Second shift: Monday to Friday, from 16:38 to 02:26, with a 1-hour break each day. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site meals * Meal Voucher * Route Transportation * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance **We are Hana Electronics**, an industry supplying **high-value-added, excellent-quality electronic components and semiconductors**.
