Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in food assembly; wash and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this task and under the supervision of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the rules, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in kitchen or food service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene; * Organization, agility, and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Capability to assist in food preparation, cleaning, and workplace organization; * Attention to food safety regulations. * Desired skills and knowledge: Results-oriented, customer-focused.
