Performs maintenance of all establishment areas by handling cleaning supplies and tools to keep the environment clean for customers and staff; Conducts thorough cleaning of common areas on scheduled days to support daily maintenance on other days; Prepares food and beverages by handling kitchen supplies daily and/or occasionally during corporate events to serve breakfast routines, place coffee bottles in internal areas, and attend to customers; Cleans dishes, utensils, and cutlery by washing to support the volume of service in the pantry/kitchen; Ensures proper use and expense control of machines, equipment, and materials to help reduce additional maintenance and prevent damage.
