About the position Manage the customer's brand experience journey with LIVO; In-person customer service; Support customers in understanding their ophthalmological prescription and recommend the best product for their needs; Request and validate prescriptions for laboratory submission; Handle customer inquiries; Explain promotions and discounts. Cleaning of clinics; there are 3 clinics in the same building, with 2 hours allocated to each. Floor cleaning, window cleaning, table cleaning, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, paper and soap replenishment. Maintain hygiene. Position: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday – from 08:00 to 14:00.
