Job Summary: This internship involves developing procedures, mapping processes, and supporting the implementation of management tools and Lean/Kaizen projects, with a focus on optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and implementation of management tools. 2. Support in Lean and Kaizen projects. 3. Development of performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities: * Develop procedures, work instructions, and process maps. * Assist in implementing process management tools and systems; * Contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process efficiency; * Support the implementation of Lean and Kaizen projects; * Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support process management decisions; * Support training / onboarding of new employees; * Assist company employees (facilitators); Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; * Theoretical or practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping (VSM); * Microsoft Office: Basic/Intermediate level; * Preferred: familiarity with Bizagi and BPMN notation.
