




**JOB OBJECTIVES** * Responsible for developing, delivering, and monitoring training programs to upskill employees in both technical and behavioral competencies. Will create instructional materials, conduct in-person and online training sessions, evaluate employee performance, collaborate with other departments, and stay updated on business processes, systems, and practices. Also promotes Internal Communication and conducts Climate Surveys to enhance productivity and reduce employee turnover. Job Requirements* **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct Training Needs Assessments with managers; * Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan, tracking budget and KPIs; * Deliver onboarding and other training programs, preparing materials and documentation; * Organize training logistics, registrations, payments, and related documentation; * Promote HR and company policy-related Internal Communication; * Design and propose projects aligned with strategic objectives; * Responsible for quoting and organizing internal events. **REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields; * Prior experience in training or people development; * Knowledge of instructional material development and HR metrics; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, teamwork capacity, proactivity, and adaptability.
