System maintenance and integrity assurance About the Opportunity: DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR - MID-LEVEL **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location Address:** Centro neighborhood, Manaus-AM, ZIP Code 69020-545 **Employment Type:** CLT, fully on-site. **What We Are Looking For:** ***Education:*** Completed undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in ICT-related fields ***Experience Required:*** Minimum of 2 (two) years of proven experience in technical management roles **Core Responsibilities (Essential Duties/Tasks):** Evaluate pending service tickets and analyze user satisfaction surveys. Monitor SLA indicators and service performance metrics. Monitor incidents and alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), analyzing events related to storage and backup. Perform audit log analyses to identify anomalies or potential threats. Conduct access control audits, verifying operation records (date, time, user, and action performed). Assess the health status of storage and backup environments, checking alerts, host connections, LUN mapping, and vendor-provided monitoring (Phone Home). Execute backup integrity and restoration tests to ensure data reliability. Maintain updated backup plans, diagrams, flowcharts, and other technical documentation. Ensure the institutional asset inventory related to this category remains up-to-date. Monitor and update firmware, software, and security patches according to vendor recommendations.
