Our culture emphasizes continuous improvement, hands-on work on the factory floor, and daily collaboration among support departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze process indicators (OEE, production plan adherence, process losses, and absenteeism) to optimize daily performance; * Support production shifts across SSD, MM (DDR5\), SMT, and testing lines, identifying bottlenecks; * Evaluate incidents, propose, and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, yield, and cost-efficiency; * Analyze deviations on the factory floor, collect data, and execute action plans using PDCA or 5W2H; * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Production Management; * Support departmental demands, such as production start-ups and setup adjustments; * Manage the operational team's training matrix; * Track non-conformities identified in the production process and follow up on corrective actions; * Participate in internal audits (ISO and customers), supporting preventive actions against failures or incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * 3–5 years of experience in production routines within the electro-electronic sector, with focus on SSD, MM (DDR5\), SMT, and testing; * Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, advanced charts, macros, and formulas for indicator analysis and reporting; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies: PDCA, 5W2H, root cause analysis. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:41 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:41 PM, with a 1-hour break each day. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Payroll-deductible loan; * Discounts at language schools and universities. **We are Hana Electronics,** an industry providing **high-value-added, high-quality electronic components and semiconductors**.
