Maintenance and updating of technical documentation About the Opportunity: DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR - MID-LEVEL **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Work Location Address:** Centro neighborhood, Manaus-AM, ZIP Code 69020-545 **Employment Type:** CLT, fully on-site. **What We Are Looking For:** ***Education:*** Completed Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate degree in ICT-related fields ***Experience Required:*** Minimum of 2 (two) years of proven experience in technical management roles **Core Responsibilities (Essential Duties/Tasks):** Evaluate pending tickets and analyze user satisfaction surveys. Monitor SLA indicators and service performance metrics. Monitor incidents and alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), analyzing events related to storage and backup. Perform audit log analyses to identify anomalies or potential threats. Conduct access control audits, verifying operation records (date, time, user, and action performed). Assess the health of storage and backup environments, checking alerts, host connections, LUN mapping, and vendor-specific monitoring (Phone Home). Perform backup integrity and restoration tests to ensure data reliability. Maintain up-to-date backup plans, diagrams, flowcharts, and other technical documentation. Ensure the detailed inventory of institutional assets within this category remains current. Monitor and update firmware, software versions, and security patches according to vendor recommendations.
