Job Summary: This professional will provide administrative support to the People & Management area, assisting with the organization of trainings, events, and onboarding processes. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support for People & Management routines 2. Support for training, events, and employee integration 3. Assistance with internal communication and organizational climate * Contribute to maximizing/optimizing services delivered to your area of responsibility and others, under guidance and training related to operational routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines within the People \& Management (PM) area; * Provide support in organizing trainings, events, and internal initiatives; * Assist in the onboarding and integration process for new employees; * Help manage documents and files within the area; * Support internal communication activities; * Monitor and assist initiatives related to organizational climate and employee engagement; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a technical apprenticeship program; * High school education in progress or completed; * Must be over 18 years old; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn; **Additional Information** * Reasoning Complexity: Results-oriented; Dynamic; Organized.
