INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your main challenges as an EDUCATIONAL MEDIATOR I \- ENGINEERING \- CENTRO MANAUS POLE \- ESTÁCIO are:** * Facilitate spaces for collective knowledge construction with students through classroom activities; * Guide and support students individually or in study groups under your responsibility, either in person or via virtual learning environments, clarifying doubts related to course content; * Maintain ongoing communication with lead instructors and other educational mediators, collaborating in curriculum development from planning through final outcome assessment; * Assist, as requested, the lead instructor of the course unit you are assigned to, in organizing, monitoring, administering, and grading assessments; * Participate in teaching, learning, and evaluation processes alongside lead instructors and under their guidance. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals with:** * Qualification: **BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING (CIVIL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, PRODUCTION ENGINEERING);** * Mandatory Bachelor's/Specialization: **CIVIL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, PRODUCTION ENGINEERING;** * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject matter; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * It is essential that candidates have an updated Lattes resume, as this is one of the elimination criteria.
