RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS * Perform consultative sales of drywall, ceilings, metal profiles, and other dry construction materials, ensuring excellent service and providing the best customer experience; * Prospect new customers, such as installers, builders, and distributors, through internal and external outreach, offering technical and commercial solutions tailored to their needs; * Efficiently use company tools and technologies to optimize the sales process; * Monitor daily sales, analyze performance reports, and plan strategic actions to achieve sales targets; * Analyze customer scenarios and propose initiatives to increase productivity; * Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and necessary assistance; * Build, maintain, and manage a solid customer portfolio, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the sector. REQUIREMENTS * Higher education in progress or completed; * Experience in sales, preferably with drywall, ceilings, plaster, steel frame, or related construction materials; * Familiarity with digital tools; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Analytical ability for scenario assessment and decision-making; * Availability for occasional travel.
