Ensuring maintenance of equipment and workplace Responsible for assembling products according to their technical specifications. * Verify daily production requirements and request assembly materials (e.g., screws); * Assemble all line items; * Update the painting department’s Kanban board; * Request materials for service provider (Valdir); * Inspect components and touch up minor paint defects using spray paint; * Drill holes in components that arrive without holes (occasional); * Lead the assembly team and distribute work assignments; * Support the Painting Team Leader when required; * Ensure maintenance and preservation of equipment, tools, and workplace;
