If you identify with who we are \#VemSerSolar **\#PassionThatTransforms \#ThirstThatDrives** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** ------------------------------ * Identifying leadership and technical competency development needs among supervisors; * Co\-creating and implementing training and development programs, including individual and group coaching; * Planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions for regional supervisors; * Supporting climate survey execution, analyzing results, and proposing action plans to improve the work environment; * Implementing initiatives and programs to foster regional employees’ engagement and motivation; * Ensuring training effectiveness through performance evaluations and participant feedback, assessing program progress and impact across your region; * Providing consultative support to supervisors on team development and talent management matters; * Collaborating on defining talent retention and succession strategies; * Guaranteeing execution of corporate leadership development programs while ensuring alignment with development programs at other organizational levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Knowledge of root cause identification methodologies / analysis, problem solving, and active learning methodologies; * Experience in organizational development processes; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Willingness to travel. **Nice\-to\-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** -------------------------------- * Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in the responsibilities of this role and Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Familiarity with HR management systems and SAP; * Certifications such as Green Belt, TPM, 9\-Box / Assessment Tools; * Basic English proficiency. **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** ----------------------------------------------- For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
