Join the largest manufacturer of electric meters in Latin America!‍ ️ We are a 95-year-old company acting as a technology provider and offering complete solutions for the electric power sector. **\#VemSerNansen** As a Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing procurement processes for direct and indirect materials, services, national transportation, and contract preparation, ensuring quality, delivery times, and competitive costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supplier Analysis and Selection:** Evaluate suppliers based on technical specifications, volumes, product characteristics, drawings, tests, certifications, color, shape, texture, and delivery times. * **Supplier Development:** Conduct research according to product demand and specifications; manage supplier BIDs; send quotation requests; analyze cost breakdowns; monitor responses; prepare comparisons (price, delivery time, location, freight); negotiate commercial terms; conduct audit visits; issue nomination letters. * **Contract Management:** Prepare contracts following internal templates; submit them for legal review; track feedback; ensure electronic signature; create supplier codes; issue contracts in the TOTVS system. * **Commercial Monitoring and KPIs:** Monitor supplier performance; conduct follow-up visits; analyze volume vs. costs; propose improvements; maintain updated records (lead time, minimum lot, purchase orders); prepare reports and department indicators. * **Cost and Tax Analysis:** Assess ICMS, withheld taxes, tax incentives (Free Trade Zone); negotiate tax costs in price formation; perform detailed cost breakdown analysis. * **And more.....** **This is an affirmative position open to all forms of diversity, including race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, and sexual orientation.** Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree completed**: Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum of three years in National Purchasing, at a Senior level. * **Language**: Intermediate English (desirable). * Proficiency in the **TOTVS** system (desirable).
