





**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate English (intermediate reading and writing – with support from ready-made templates); * Basic knowledge of import documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork; * Prior experience in import operations or international logistics support is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support import processes, from purchase order placement through final delivery; * Verify documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, etc.; * Maintain contact with international suppliers via email, using English-language templates; * Monitor processes with customs brokers and freight forwarders; * Update shipment tracking spreadsheets, including deadlines and costs; * Monitor delivery timelines and communicate status updates to internal departments (Procurement, Logistics, Finance); * Assist in preparing operational reports for the International Trade department.
