Responsibilities and duties * Plan and distribute parts and accessories purchasing requests according to demands from sales, workshop, inventory, administrative and other company departments. * Monitor team performance, guiding and supervising purchasing analysts, assistants and clerks, ensuring goals and deadlines are met. * Analyze and approve quotations, evaluating price comparisons, quality, delivery times and commercial terms. * Negotiate with small and medium-sized suppliers, always seeking the best cost-benefit ratio and strategic partnerships. * Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels, avoiding both part shortages and excessive capital immobilization. * Review purchase orders (POs) issued by the team and follow through the process until material receipt and verification. * Ensure compliance of fiscal documents, adhering to audit policies, compliance requirements and internal standards. * Analyze inventory consumption and turnover reports, proposing adjustments and replenishment strategies. * Monitor department performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery lead time, supplier performance, cost savings and inventory accuracy. * Support the purchasing management in preparing budgets, acquisition plans and annual cost reduction targets. * Maintain constant relationships with suppliers and distributors, monitoring deadlines, quality and after-sales support. * Assist in supplier qualification and evaluation, recording performance and incident history. * Interact with internal departments (finance, sales, after-sales and logistics), ensuring alignment between planning, execution and control. * Supervise goods receipt and storage, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards. * Propose improvements in purchasing and control processes, focusing on efficiency, cost savings and systemic integration (ERP). * Ensure the management system is updated, guaranteeing all purchases are properly recorded and traceable.
