




Manage the administrative and commercial processes related to the institution’s internal and external training programs, ensuring efficiency in the execution, control, and commercialization of the courses and training programs offered. Contribute to strengthening the company’s image as a reference in corporate and medical education. * Manage the schedule of internal and external training programs, controlling registrations, confirmations, and certificates; * Prospect and sell training programs by contacting clients, representatives, and partners; * Develop and disseminate commercial materials and announcements regarding courses and events; * Register, track, and close training sales in the system; * Support the logistical organization of events and training programs (venue, coffee break, materials, and attendance list); * Prepare and maintain up-to-date commercial performance reports, targets, and training indicators; * Control contracts, commercial proposals, and budgets related to the area; * Support the commercial team and instructors in implementing promotional and post-sale activities; * Attend to clients and partners, providing agile and courteous administrative and commercial support; * Collaborate in the strategic planning of training programs and new business opportunities in the educational field.
