




Manage administrative and commercial processes related to the institution's **internal and external trainings**, ensuring efficiency in execution, control, and commercialization of courses and training programs offered. Contribute to strengthening the company's image as a reference in corporate and medical education. * Administer the schedule of internal and external trainings, controlling registrations, confirmations, and certificates; * Conduct prospecting and sales of trainings by contacting clients, representatives, and partners; * Develop and disseminate promotional materials and announcements regarding courses and events; * Register, monitor, and close training sales in the system; * Support the logistical organization of events and training sessions (venue, coffee breaks, materials, and attendance lists); * Prepare and maintain updated reports on commercial performance, targets, and training indicators; * Manage contracts, commercial proposals, and budgets related to the area; * Support the sales team and instructors in executing promotion and post\-sale activities; * Attend to clients and partners, providing prompt and courteous administrative and commercial support; * Collaborate with strategic planning of training programs and identification of new business opportunities in the educational field.
