We are seeking proactive, dynamic, communicative professionals who enjoy teamwork to join our \#SiDiers team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the entire software development lifecycle: requirement evaluation, architecture, coding, verification, and maintenance. * Write software source code following the adopted process, aiming to fix defects, implement modules, or deliver complete software solutions. * Investigate technical solutions through document research, prototype construction, and technical discussions to validate, guide a software project, or resolve a defect. * Analyze requirements through discussions with clients. * Produce documents to detail product scope. * Analyze software defects (or bugs) reported by internal (quality) or external (clients) testing teams by characterizing the problem, analyzing logs and source code when available, and identifying root causes to apply patches or corrections where applicable. * Implement change requests from external and internal clients by analyzing change descriptions, technical feasibility of implementation, source code, and availability of related features—minimizing and balancing change impact and risk of introducing defects. * Integrate and validate software change requests from external and internal clients using source code control tools and unit tests to validate the software package before official release. * Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment using agile development methodologies and best practices related to software architecture and coding. * Share information with the team via available communication tools to foster the team’s technical growth. * Generate ideas, propose new projects, and submit patent applications related to SiDi’s areas of expertise, aiming to help the company achieve and maintain technological leadership. * Review and provide technical guidance to SiDi’s software development partners to improve the collaborative environment and quality of delivered solutions. * Conduct technical investigations to assess the feasibility of developing innovative features. * Technically design, either partially or fully, modules under your responsibility through technical discussions, documentation production, and reviews—aiming to structure development and ensure project technical integrity. * Identify technical risks, resource needs, and training requirements through project analysis to remove development impediments.
