If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and want to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process student re-enrollments; * Maintain the school's management system with up-to-date information; * Manage files (contracts, declarations, agreements, etc.); * Verify enrollment and re-enrollment entries and payment plans; * Conduct collections; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable, preferably in educational environments or free-course schools; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines is desirable, including payment collection, cash control, and document issuance; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to handle recordkeeping processes, inventory control, and document management. **Additional Information** **Partial or full scholarship** for CNA language courses. **Professional growth opportunity** within the school and the CNA network. **Birthday day off** (or equivalent practice at the unit). **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is an English and Spanish teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA\+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units throughout Brazil.
