Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for humanized customer service, cashier operations, pharmacy organization, inventory control, and support to management and the pharmacist. Inventory control and management support Customer Service; Always prioritize humanized and efficient customer service at the pharmacy; Provide information about medications and store products; Respond to requests from the pharmacist and management; Verify medications during dispensing together with the pharmacist, ensuring dual verification when required; Legibly record customer data on controlled or antimicrobial prescriptions and confirm with the pharmacist; Cashier Operations; Correctly register products at the cash register; Receive purchase payments attentively and in accordance with company policies; Operate the cash register system and other systems related to pharmacy operations; Organization and Cleaning; Maintain clean and organized counters, convenience refrigerators, medication shelves, and PDV areas; Ensure cleanliness and organization of pharmacy sections and common areas; Stock Replenishment and Inventory Control; Restock merchandise in sections and gondolas, ensuring products are organized and accessible; Verify received medications and products and store them properly; Check expiration dates of products and medications; Conduct periodic inventories, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies; Price products correctly according to pharmacy regulations; Management and Pharmacist Support; Carry out tasks and assignments directed by management and the pharmacist; Assist in maintaining operations per company standards; Collaborate with the pharmacist in organizing controlled medications, following internal procedures and current legislation.
