Job Summary: The NOC Supervisor leads the network technician team, ensures the proper operation of the IT infrastructure, and pursues continuous optimization of departmental processes. Performance Indicator Monitoring NOC Supervisor Position Description We are seeking a qualified professional to serve as an NOC Supervisor in our company. The NOC Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of network technicians and ensuring the proper functioning of our technology infrastructure. Responsibilities * Provide continuous feedback; * Monitor daily tasks executed by the N2, Technical Support, and Network Improvement teams; * Conduct individual follow-up with each team member; * Provide technical support to managers and external teams; * Monitor performance related to quality monitoring; * Track established performance indicators; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of departmental procedures; * Identify improvements and optimize processes and procedures executed by each team within the department; * Prepare monthly NOC performance reports; * Develop annual vacation plans; * Create monthly work schedules; Requirements * Knowledge of the IT and Telecom sectors; * Knowledge of management principles; * Teamwork skills, strong communication ability, and people leadership capability; * Experience in planning and strategy; * Prior experience as an NOC Supervisor or in a similar role; * Knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols; * Leadership and teamwork capabilities; * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; * Availability to work on rotating shifts
