




Job Summary: Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, ensuring inventory control and developing the team to optimize logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement * Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch activities; * Ensure accurate recording of inventory receipts and issues in the management system; * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse (5S); * Manage rotating and periodic inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy; * Coordinate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; * Analyze performance indicators (order cycle time, accuracy, losses, etc.); * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies; * Participate in developing improvement plans and optimizing logistics processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred; Prior experience as a team leader, foreman, or warehouse supervisor; Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices; Skills in team management and problem-solving; Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation.
