Use of AI for project analysis and organization **Job Mission:** Plan, monitor, and execute consulting projects, ensuring delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs within agreed timelines, scope, and established quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, structure, and track project schedules; * Conduct alignment meetings with clients and internal teams; * Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations; * Identify risks and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Support process modeling and improvement; * Perform data analysis to support decision-making; * Monitor consultants' performance on projects; * Track meeting minutes and action plans; * Participate in R&D (Research and Development) initiatives; * Identify commercial opportunities within existing client accounts. **Minimum Education Requirement:** Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in project management, monitoring, or execution (consulting experience is desirable). Experience with schedule control, report preparation, and meeting facilitation. **Tools and Knowledge:** * Project management and action plan tracking; * Process modeling and analysis; * Data analysis and construction of managerial reports; * Intermediate/advanced Excel; * Familiarity with process mapping tools. * Bizagi; * Power BI; * MindMeister; * Use of Artificial Intelligence applied to project analysis and organization; * Basic understanding of strategic indicators (KPIs).
