As a Pharmacist, your main responsibilities will be:
#### **Customer Care and Pharmaceutical Services**
* Provide empathetic pharmaceutical services for medication dispensing, interpreting prescriptions and advising on dosage, administration methods, and side effects.
* Perform blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol measurements, as well as monitor health programs.
* Deliver personalized pharmaceutical care, including medication review and promotion of self-care.
* Manage pharmaceutical services in dedicated rooms, ensuring quality and comfort during patient care.
#### **Technical and Regulatory Management**
* Ensure pharmacy regulatory compliance by supervising documents such as the Sanitary License, Operating Authorization, and Operating License.
* Update and implement the Pharmaceutical Good Practices Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Waste Management Plan (PGRSS).
* Maintain the National Controlled Drugs System (SNGPC) operational, submitting reports and monitoring adverse events.
* Strictly control inventories of controlled drugs and antibiotics, conducting audits, stocktaking, and segregation of expired products.
* Archive mandatory documentation, including prescriptions for controlled medications and regulatory reports.
#### **Management Support and Training**
* Train and guide store staff on customer service techniques, medication dispensing, and Bemol standards.
* Manage pharmaceutical product storage, pricing, and display processes, ensuring appropriate conditions and compliance with expiration dates.
* Monitor and analyze sales and service indicators, driving continuous improvement.
* Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to refine policies and processes.

* **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF).
* **Experience:** Customer service experience in retail, indicator analysis and sales, plus advanced customer service techniques.
* **Skills:** Leadership, proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience managing teams.
* Knowledge of development, promotion, and sales of **private-label products**.
* Ability to implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer loyalty, and enhance commercial performance indicators.
