Support procurement and audits with inventory data * Position Details * Department: MAINTENANCE * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: CLT * Experience Level: * Working Hours: To be determined * Salary Range: To be determined * Number of Openings: 1 * Application Deadline: 05/10/2026 * Confidential: No * Responsibilities and Activities * + Plan, coordinate, and execute physical and systemic inventory control + Record material receipts and issues in ERP or similar systems + Monitor and analyze warehouse performance indicators (turnover, losses, accuracy) + Participate in cycle counts and full inventories to ensure inventory reliability + Identify discrepancies and propose corrective and preventive actions + Organize warehouse layout and suggest storage improvements + Manage minimum and maximum inventory levels + Prepare consumption, movement, and critical materials reports + Track internal requests and ensure timely fulfillment + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards + Support internal and external audits with warehouse data and documentation + Standardize logistics processes and internal controls + Support procurement processes with inventory data and replenishment needs * Mandatory Requirements * + Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields + Minimum 6 months of experience as a Warehouse Analyst or in a similar role + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) + Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, or similar) + Knowledge of logistics processes and materials control + Experience with cycle counts and full inventories + Familiarity with inventory performance indicator analysis * Preferred Qualifications * + Experience with WMS + Knowledge of tax classification and material coding + Experience conducting inventory audits + Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools + Knowledge of the 5S methodology + Experience in warehouse implementation or reorganization + Experience in transportation or logistics companies * Benefits * + Health and dental insurance + Meal allowance (VR) + Partnerships with educational institutions and discounts at universities + Access to corporate university (professional development)
