




Job Summary: Responsible for incident handling, management, and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure of the Federal Police of Sergipe, with a focus on server installation, configuration, and management. Key Highlights: 1. Incident handling and IT infrastructure management. 2. Installation, configuration, and management of Windows and Linux servers. 3. Documentation development and IT process updates. Responsible for incident handling, management, and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure of the Federal Police of Sergipe. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities (higher complexity) and Tasks (lower complexity):** **Main Activities:** * Handle incidents unresolved by Level 2 and incidents related to IT infrastructure; * Install, configure, and manage physical and virtualized Windows and Linux servers, database systems, backup systems, file storage systems, and network infrastructure; * Develop documentation and update processes executed by Level 3, as well as procedures and operational workflows within the IT environment; * Participate in planning for IT infrastructure installation/implementation/modification, performing software testing, evaluations, and releases; * Generate business continuity reports with capacity and availability indicators for servers and technological services, along with projections for increased computational resource usage; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Certificate of completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Information Technology; * Microsoft AZ-800 certification, which must be valid. * ITIL certification. * Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network servers, managed switches, physical servers, and virtual machines, with proof documented in the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), as a Senior Computer Support Analyst. * Experience in user support within a data center environment. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Health insurance plans: Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed (applicable according to region); * Dental insurance plans: Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Auster; * Pharmacy discount program; * University partnership program; * Corporate Education Platform; * Welcome Kit for newborns; * Moodar Platform.
