Job Description Mission: Technically lead the maintenance team, balancing direct execution with operational management of mechanical, electrical, and calibration activities, ensuring asset availability and integrity of company assets. Responsibilities: * Operational Maintenance Management: Lead activities related to mechanical and electrical maintenance, general installations, and instrument calibration, ensuring technical rigor in execution. * Systems Control: Administer and manage the work order system, maintaining updated equipment registers and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules. * Scheduling and Control: Support scheduling, guide, and monitor field team activities to ensure proper service execution, full system functionality, and reduced failures. * Supervisory Support: Collaborate with the direct supervisor in equipment reviews and in implementing/improving the maintenance control system. * Indicator Monitoring: Track service performance indicators (KPIs) with coordination, assisting in preparation and review of technical reports. * Asset Safeguarding: Manage assets under your responsibility, ensuring tools and equipment are used correctly and safely.
