Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** Responsible for maximizing revenue and retention among high-income customers, identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and engagement. This role operates in a data-driven and cross-functional manner, connecting Growth, UX, IT, and Product teams to develop initiatives that increase lifetime value, revenue expansion, and loyalty among the company’s highest-value customers. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*** Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, conducting 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance development plans (PDIs), with clear role definitions, goals, and quality standards to sustain consistent delivery; * Define and track revenue and retention OKRs, prioritizing the roadmap based on impact on lifecycle metrics and adjusting resource allocation according to evidence; * Orchestrate revenue and retention journeys, building segmentation strategies, communication workflows, and tests to accelerate conversion and engagement; * Ensure governance and compliance for high-income customers, adhering to regulatory processes, LGPD, appropriate language, and approval workflows without compromising customer experience; * Generate hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments, analyzing funnels and cohorts to measure uplift, learn quickly, and translate insights into a prioritized backlog; * Coordinate initiatives with UX, IT, Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, CX, and Branding teams—removing blockers, negotiating trade-offs, and aligning end-to-end decisions; * Plan and manage the communications budget, hire and oversee partners/suppliers, define SLAs, and monitor delivery performance and quality; * Evaluate, pilot, and manage strategic partnerships that broaden reach and add value—with shared goals, KPIs, and clearly defined success and scaling criteria; * Scale operations using standardized processes and rituals, maintaining living documentation of learnings and monitoring quality and reliability (observability). **What We’re Looking For:*** Experience in leadership roles (coordination/supervision); * Experience with growth strategies focused on retention and revenue expansion; * Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into strategic decisions; * Clear and influential communication skills; * Curiosity and continuous learning mindset; * Adaptability and resilience; * Collaboration and teamwork orientation; * 360-degree business vision (connecting strategy, product, marketing, operations, and finance); * Intermediate/advanced English; * Knowledge of data and SQL; curiosity about technology. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, RD Station, Braze, etc.) and multichannel communication is desirable. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Baby On Board and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer). **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
