If you aim for outstanding results, we offer the outstanding opportunities to get you there. **Shall we go together \#ToInfinityAndBeyond?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle passive civil litigation, with emphasis on claims involving vehicle protection associations, as well as cases related to Traffic Law, Civil Law, Enforcement Proceedings, Consumer Law, and other related areas. * Draft defense pleadings, responses, statements, appeals, and procedural incidents across all judicial instances. * Conduct judicial and extrajudicial negotiations, prioritizing strategic settlements and reduction of liabilities. * Attend conciliation, evidentiary, and judgment hearings, as well as other procedural acts. * Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring strict adherence to targets and technical quality of deliverables. * Manage personal performance indicators. * Perform other legal tasks necessary within the scope of represented institutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Law degree and active OAB registration for at least two years. * Proven experience in passive civil litigation, preferably in the associative, insurance, or vehicle protection segment. * Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure Law, Civil Law, or Labor Law are desirable. * Excellent legal writing skills, logical reasoning, and strategic vision. * Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and operate autonomously within defined deadlines. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Negotiation skills. * Results-oriented profile. * Experience with Brazilian court systems (E-SAJ, PJe, e-Proc, Projudi, and others), including issuance of fee slips and filing protocols.
