We offer software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Work on Interface Design (UI) and User Experience (UX). Develop prototypes to rapidly validate ideas. Conduct user research, testing, and validation. Lead Discovery processes. Own end\-to\-end features. Advocate design decisions based on data, best practices, and business goals. Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Project Managers (PMs), and multidisciplinary teams. Previous experience as a User Experience Designer, Interface Designer, Digital Product Designer, or Usability Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
