Work in a high-level technical environment with qualified networking **HR\-DP ANALYST POSITION** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We seek a generalist, dynamic professional with a strong consultative orientation. This individual will be fully responsible for internal employee lifecycle management and serve as a strategic Recruitment and Selection arm for the partners’/companies’ requirements and for specific client projects of Grupo Ciatos. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Consultative Recruitment and Selection:** Lead end-to-end selection processes for Grupo Ciatos, partner ecosystem companies, and external client demands (technical, executive, and administrative profiles). * **HR Administration Management:** Control and closure of electronic timekeeping, benefits administration (Meal Voucher and Transportation Voucher), and direct interface with the Finance department. * **Payroll Routines:** Preparation and submission of payslips, onboarding documents, and offboarding documents to Finance. * **Onboarding and Culture:** Management of onboarding activities, internal training, and support to managers regarding feedback and performance evaluations. * **Client Service:** Adopt a consultative approach when understanding the hiring needs of Grupo Ciatos’ clients, ensuring delivery of talent aligned with expectations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection processes (preferably within consulting firms or executive search). * Proficiency in HR Administration routines (timekeeping, benefits, and payroll interface). * Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for interacting with high-level partners and clients. * Highly organized profile, focused on deadlines and quality of deliverables. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential for HR Administration controls). **Job Details** * **Work Location:** Rua Guaicuí, 715, Bairro Luxemburgo \- Belo Horizonte/MG. * **Employment Type:** 100% On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:12 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Commission on recruitment for Grupo Ciatos’ clients. * Meal Voucher and Transportation Voucher. * Health Insurance (after a period of employment with the company). * Opportunity to work in a high-level technical environment, with exposure to diverse business models and qualified networking. * Career development plan and continuous professional growth.
