**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility to join our Human Resources team. The primary focus of this opportunity will be the comprehensive management of electronic timekeeping, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily/monthly electronic timekeeping processing (including justifications, absences, medical certificates, and exception handling).
* Monitor and validate overtime and hour banks in coordination with departmental leaders.
* Generate managerial reports and absenteeism indicators (absences and tardiness).
* Provide support and clarify doubts for employees and managers regarding work schedule registration.
* Prepare timekeeping data for payroll closing and integration.
Required Qualifications
* **Proven experience** in Human Resources routines, with specific focus on electronic timekeeping management (preferably using automated systems).
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data cross-referencing).
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation (laws and regulations governing working hours).
Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.067,00 per month
