Be responsible for reception activities, including: attending to internal and external customers, controlling the flow of people, patrolling the facility, identifying potential non-conformities, and, if necessary, notifying the immediate supervisor; providing humanized and personalized guidance and referrals, thereby contributing to superior customer service and satisfaction; controlling employee movement in locker rooms, guiding compliance with rules and procedures, monitoring locker usage, inspecting hygiene conditions, and handling related matters with involved parties.
* **Schedule:** 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM\.
* **Shift Rotation:** 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour rest cycle (paired shift in May).
* **Salary:** R$ 1\.699,41

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assume shift duty by reviewing critical information required at the start of work;
* Control entry and exit of customers and staff, verifying badge usage and identifying suppliers, visitors, and equipment;
* Attend to internal and external customers in person or via telephone, providing information and guidance;
* Report non-conformities to Supervision by telephone or in person;
* Monitor vehicle traffic and merchandise deliveries at loading/unloading entrances;
* Patrol the facility to identify possible non-conformities and, if necessary, notify the immediate supervisor;
* Participate in area-related meetings when requested;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
