Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and proactive candidate to perform healthcare professional prospecting, multidisciplinary team follow-up, and appointment monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Constant communication with the team and support for shift scheduling We seek a communicative, proactive candidate with strong interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting healthcare professionals across various fields—including nutritionists, psychologists, physicians, and speech therapists—according to health plan requirements. They will accompany the multidisciplinary team across different locations, verify service delivery execution, and ensure procedures are performed correctly. They will also monitor professionals' arrivals at service addresses, follow up on time sheet submissions and clinical progress notes, and formally relay information to respective departments, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. They must maintain constant communication with the team, support shift scheduling coordination, and contribute to other departmental activities, always adhering to the Confidentiality Agreement and company guidelines.
