Job Summary:
A Speech-Language Pathologist to work in an outpatient clinic, conducting screening, assessment, and rehabilitation for patients with dysphagia, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Availability for schedule (20 hours per week)
Military Reserve Certificate
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide speech-language pathology services in the outpatient screening clinic;
* Screen, assess, and rehabilitate patients with dysphagia or at risk of developing dysphagia;
* Collaborate and consult with the multidisciplinary team as needed;
* Prescribe and document patient progress in the system;
