Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being responsible for: * Participating in prioritizing improvement projects focused on logistics, aligned with areas such as process development, engineering, and product. * Analyzing bottlenecks, constraints, and process times across multiple facilities using methods such as chronocycle analysis and yamazumi. * Leading projects end-to-end—from identifying the need to implementing solutions with proven gains in productivity, ergonomics, and efficiency. * Designing optimized workstations, equipment, and operational workflows to improve operational performance, safety, and ergonomics. * Designing and reviewing complete operational layouts, performing simulations, and proposing structural and operational improvements in logistics centers. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of methods and time studies in logistics, chronocycle analysis, takt time, yamazumi analysis, and experience with 2D or 3D technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Experience leading projects from conception to execution in productive environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in process design and analysis or process engineering, with knowledge of industrial drawing standards, layout, safety, and ergonomics. * Availability to work in a hybrid model, attending three times per week in the Cajamar region—SP. * Desired proficiency in Spanish and/or English. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * The chance to share and learn within * a team of outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, with everything you need to enjoy a great experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering opportunities in exchange for payment.
