




Main responsibilities: Supervise and lead the industrial mechanical maintenance team. Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Ensure the availability and reliability of industrial machinery and equipment. Analyze failures, root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions. Monitor scheduled and emergency maintenance shutdowns. Control maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, costs, availability). Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NRs, and internal procedures. Manage resources, materials, tools, and spare parts. Support continuous improvement projects, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives. Prepare technical and managerial maintenance reports. Requirements: Technical education in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. Experience in team leadership or supervision. Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, belts, gears, and alignment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM). Experience with predictive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
