Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing teams, coordinating equipment and machinery maintenance, and ensuring the proper operation and preservation of assets. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring equipment preservation and proper operation What We Seek: \* Completed high school education; \* Minimum 6 months of experience; \* Knowledge of people management, machinery and equipment maintenance, maintenance plans/systems, and intermediate-level Office suite; \* Driver's license category B. Desirable: \* Technical course (Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics); \* Driver's license category D. Main Responsibilities: \* Team management and task assignment; \* Monitoring of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; \* Equipment functionality testing and verification; \* Identification of priorities and spare parts requirements; \* Indicator administration; \* Ensuring equipment preservation and proper operation; \* Support in people management routines and reporting; \* Compliance with safety and environmental regulations; \* Development and monitoring of DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues).
