We combine technology and security to deliver a reliable entertainment experience. **About the position** We are looking for a **Mid-level or Senior Graphic Designer** with a strategic eye, strong technical skills, and refined aesthetic sensitivity to create and develop visual assets that strengthen the brand identity and contribute to institutional, digital, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate must have **solid experience in creative or digital environments**, an outstanding portfolio, mastery of key design tools, and the ability to transform ideas into high-impact visual solutions. The role involves direct collaboration with the marketing team under the supervision and guidance of an Art Director, focusing on high-volume, agile production using tools such as Adobe and Canva. **Responsibilities:** * Create and develop graphic assets for advertising campaigns, social media, presentations, branding, and institutional materials; * Ensure visual consistency of the brand identity across different platforms and touchpoints; * Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with marketing, content, motion, and product teams; * Develop creative concepts aligned with communication strategies and brand positioning; * Monitor visual trends and propose innovations in graphic language; * Support leadership in reviewing, refining, and supervising visual deliverables (senior level); * Contribute to continuous improvement of creation processes and material standardization. **Requirements:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields; * Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); * Proficiency in Canva for rapid asset creation; * Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design; * Ability to interpret and translate briefs with strategic insight; * **Up-to-date portfolio focused on graphic design and branding — Mandatory** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in visual identity projects and 360° campaigns; * Experience designing for digital and mobile environments; * Basic knowledge of motion design or collaboration with video teams; * Prior experience at agencies, creative studios, or technology companies.
