Focus on proactivity, empathy, and organization Job Description We are looking for professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, delivering direct customer support for the company. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, negotiating, and providing guidance regarding electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection/reconnection, duplicate bill issuance, and other services offered by CEMIG; Register interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
