Opportunity to work in customer service Job Description We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and agility in clarifying doubts, registering requests, negotiating, and advising on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify doubts regarding bills, consumption, disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Register interactions in internal systems; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
