**Your main responsibilities** Responsible for carrying out activities in the coal production area (including cleaning, distribution and transportation of materials, furnace charging and coal unloading, coal dispatch, organization and maintenance of production areas, and other activities existing at the unit), using a front-end loader and agricultural tractor, performing tasks correctly to comply with legal requirements, operational procedures, safety procedures, and other internal company standards. Operate and ensure the condition and cleanliness of equipment to maintain internal organization and hygiene. Monitor the coal pile according to weather conditions, covering and uncovering it as needed (as circumstances require). **Minimum requirements:** Completed high school education; Training in machine operation (front-end loader) and (tractor) provided by SENAR or institutions accredited by DETRAN; Reside in or be willing to relocate to Carbonita; Availability to work rotating shifts; Driver's license category C; **It would be an advantage if you** Have experience in coal production, forestry, or similar fields; **How does our selection process work?** This is the first stage of our selection process.
