Job Summary: The ISO 9001 Auditor will ensure that organizational processes comply with the ISO 9001 standard, internal policies, and applicable legislation, promoting continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) through audits and analyses. Opportunity to support departments and monitor quality indicators Position: ISO 9001 AUDITOR Description: Ensure organizational process compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, internal policies, and applicable legislation through conducting internal audits, process analysis, and promoting continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, conduct, and report internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements * Evaluate process compliance, identifying nonconformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement * Verify correct application of procedures, work instructions, and internal policies * Ensure traceability and integrity of QMS records and documents * Prepare audit reports with clear and objective findings * Monitor and validate implementation of corrective and preventive actions * Support departments in process standardization and improvement * Monitor performance and quality indicators * Prepare the organization for external audits (certification and maintenance) * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields) * Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and Quality Management Systems * Experience in internal audits or process control (preferred) * Knowledge of process mapping and standardization * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical thinking **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail * Critical and analytical thinking * Proactivity * Ethics and impartiality * Strong interpersonal communication * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Training or certification as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor * Experience in industrial, construction, or mining sector companies * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.)
