




The receptionist/customer service representative is responsible for providing initial customer service in person, by telephone, or through other communication channels. Their duties include warmly receiving customers, visitors, or patients; providing information; clarifying doubts; and directing individuals to the appropriate departments or responsible professionals. They are also responsible for answering and making phone calls, taking and delivering messages, organizing the appointment schedule, booking appointments, and confirming commitments. The receptionist may additionally manage the entry and exit of people, maintain an organized reception area, and assist with simple administrative tasks such as filing documents and completing forms.
