The **Senior Receptionist** position is intended for professionals with prior experience in public service, capable of working independently, responsibly, and with institutional professionalism—serving as the college’s first point of contact for students, parents, guardians, visitors, and suppliers. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital (WhatsApp and e\-mail) support * Receive and guide students, parents, guardians, visitors, and suppliers * Monitor the entry and exit flow of people * Route calls, messages, and requests to the respective departments * Support administrative and pedagogical routines * Organize documents and maintain an orderly reception area * Safeguard the institution’s image and ensure compliance with college regulations * Assist junior receptionists when necessary **Minimum Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a receptionist * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, e\-mail, and customer service systems) * Organization, responsibility, and professional demeanor **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a school or educational environment * Ongoing technical or undergraduate studies * Experience handling high-volume public service
