JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation of finished products, raw materials, and supplies, directly contributing to customer service levels, cargo integrity, and the company’s logistics performance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Transport cargo using fleet vehicles (two 3/4-ton trucks and one truck; pickup used when necessary), according to the logistics schedule. * Ensure integrity of transported goods, complying with cargo loading and securing standards. * Follow planned routes, delivery deadlines, and collection schedules. * Perform cargo verification (quantity, type, and condition) during loading and unloading. * Maintain vehicle conservation and cleanliness under your responsibility. * Accurately complete transportation documents (CT-e, NF, manifests, checklists, etc.). * Conduct daily vehicle inspections (preventive maintenance checklist). * Immediately report any mechanical anomalies, cargo damage, or incidents occurring during transit. * Support loading and unloading activities when required. * Strictly adhere to traffic regulations, safety rules, and internal company policies. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory: * Brazilian driver’s license category D or E * Proven experience as a truck driver * Familiarity with regional routes (especially urban and industrial logistics) * Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge * Willingness to travel (when required) Desirable: * MOPP certification * Experience transporting industrial materials (plastic films, tapes, packaging) * Knowledge of logistics and cargo verification BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES * Responsibility and commitment * Organization and discipline * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Sense of urgency * Professional conduct with customers and internal teams Compensation: R$ 2.875,80 Employment type: CLT Meal/Voucher allowance: R$30.00 per day Travel allowance (when applicable): R$ 90.00 Life insurance Hapvida Health Plan ?
