Brand ambassador, safeguarding the company's image **Sales Representative \- Ipatinga Rommanel MG** **MISSION:** Engage with potential customers, present products, deliver an experience that exceeds their expectations, contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and uphold the company’s positive image. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma required; Sales experience required; **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Prospect and recruit new Consultants, manage the portfolio, train and develop the team. Conduct meetings and events, monitor Consultants’ progress, and ensure and encourage achievement of results. Deliver an experience that exceeds Consultants’ expectations, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the company’s ambassador in all interactions, safeguarding Rommanel’s image. · Prospect and register new Consultants, as well as reactivate inactive Consultants. · Maintain active Consultant engagement rate and retain the Consultant portfolio, ensuring loyalty. · Reactivate inactive or lapsed Consultants. · Monitor individual performance indicators. · Train and develop Consultants. · Conduct on-site visits to Consultants. · Engage with Consultants via Consultant Space support, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person visits. · Organize and conduct Business Meetings with Consultants. · Promote sales initiatives, promotions, and training programs to Consultants. · Support and guide Consultants in addressing all their needs. · Safeguard products and instruct Consultants on proper handling. · Keep Consultant registration data always up to date. · Maintain organized and clean product displays according to planned layout. · Participate in company events as scheduled. · Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, resources, and the workplace environment. · Stay continuously updated on company policies and comply with Complice guidelines, Internal Regulations, and Rommanel Management directives. · Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers per company-defined procedures, safeguarding institutional image and customer satisfaction. · Responsible for meeting KPIs established by the company.
